To this day I have no idea why they never turned this into a movie. Another would be Day of the Tentacle - it may be extremely dated, it's still pretty funny and many do consider this the first of the "modern" point-n-click games. If it isn't this one, I would still highly recommend this one. I think the game you mentioned is Legend of Kyrandia, Book Two: Hand of Fate. Currently im playing Primordia although that Any good Choose Your Own Adventure Games ?Īs the question says, I am in the mood for some good point and click adventure games such as The secret of monkey island, Ace ventura etc. I dare say that had there been a result last Saturday then the tribunal would in action as usual. ? NO Just a one-off directive for a very unique set of circumstances - this league's first drawn GF. So I think the AFL has looked at the 2010 GF and made a "judgement call" in the best interests of all & sundry, given the minor level of injury sustained which will leave all involved on either side available for GF Mark 11. Clubs will shuffle one or 2 in and/or out of line-ups and this is normal week to week stuff BUT if the AFL stepped in and handed 3 or 4 suspensions then there would really be a furore. The crazy saga of 2010 continues - a drawn GF where in the interests of players, clubs, supporters of both clubs & the AFL everyone would like to see the same 2 teams play off again next week - just fairness. The "best" Mission Street ending is achieved when the player has taken the high road every time he was given the choice, and by exactly following two conversation paths earlier in the game.īy not citing Goddard for dropping the knees onto a collingwood players head, and not citing three players, including two magpies, for head high contact, two of whom opened up their Lombard Street leads to two possible endings, both of which are common to Mission Street. On this path, he's not really a nice guy, but he's not mean either. If the player chooses neither path, Tex will go down "Lombard Street". Boulevard of Broken Dreams leads to four possible endings. Down "Boulevard of Broken Dreams", Tex is a selfish and cynical jerk worrying only about the big payoff. Mission Street has three possible endings. The player could take Tex down "Mission Street" where he takes the high road and wins the love of his long time crush, Chelsee Bando. The Pandora Directive was one of the first adventure games to feature branching narratives and multiple endings. These dialog trees were unusual at the time in that they did not display Tex's full response, but rather a short and sometimes humorous description, a convention later popularized by Bioware. Character interaction consists of two primary modes: asking characters about a universal list of topics available to the player, and branching dialog trees. In addition to verb interaction, players can gather, use, and combine items to solve a variety of puzzles, and must also solve self-contained logic puzzles. Players explore environments from a first-person perspective and can click to examine objects or interact using a variety of verbs. The Pandora Directive was the second game in the series to make use of Under a Killing Moon's engine and feature real-time 3D graphics. After its creators reacquired the rights to the series, it was re-released on Good Old Games on July 2, 2009. The Pandora Directive is the fourth installment in the Tex Murphy series of graphic adventure games produced by Access Software.
